PURPOSE

Our Greenpeace forest campaign binds tropical and temperate, biodiversity and people. We must communicate in a clear, powerful and unified way to mobilize the millions needed to win more and bigger victories. This style guide embraces our differences yet highlights the interconnectedness of all that we do.

WE ARE

GLOBAL
DIVERSE

Our power lies in global solidarity. We unite people from the most remote villages to the biggest cities, all under the same cause.

WE ARE

FEARLESS
AMBITIOUS

Stopping deforestation is no small feat. It means picking tough battles, being bold, fearless, and innovative, no matter how big the target is.

WE SPREAD

PEOPLE POWER
COURAGE

Courage is contagious and every action counts, big or small. Compelling stories of forest defenders everywhere will inspire us all to act.

WE PROMOTE

HOPE
SOLUTIONS

Forest destruction can be grim and ugly but we will motivate others by spreading hope, solutions, and the beauty of what we seek to protect.

VISUAL
SYSTEM

The Stand for Forests visual system is not just a logo, colors, and typography, it is an attitude that reads people power. It is big, bold, and geometric. To mobilize people like never before, the visual language must turn heads. This is not what people expect to see from nonprofits. It’s inspired by contemporary and artful graphics that speak to wider audiences. It will stand out in social media feeds but is simple enough to be adapted to any campaign.

LOGO SYSTEM
The global forest identity doesn't have a static logo, but a logo system that is modular and dynamic. The system is composed of simple, flexible shapes and forms that build for added complexity.
